Disclosure Statement

Texas A&M University-Kingsville Foundation, Inc. is a private non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to securing and stewarding private gifts and grants that benefit Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

In compliance with Texas Government Code Section 2256, the Public Funds Investment Act, the Foundation prepares an Annual Audit Report of its assets. We are registered to solicit charitable contributions with the appropriate governing authorities. Copies of the most recent financial statement are available online or contact us to obtain this information.

Gifts made to Texas A&M University-Kingsville Foundation, Inc. that are intended to be directed to funds managed by Texas A&M University-Kingsville, will be deposited to Texas A&M University-Kingsville in accordance to TAMUS Policy Regulation 21.01.02: Receipt, Custody and Deposit of Revenues and as specified by donor-intent in accordance to State and Federal laws.

Please note that transactions made online using a credit or debit card may take 7-14 business days to be collected from financial institutions. Donors receive an automatic, temporary acknowledgement via e-mail of intended online contributions; however, upon receiving funds, Texas A&M University-Kingsville Foundation, Inc. will formally acknowledge contributions with a receipt/acknowledgement for tax-purposes according to TAMUKF policy and procedures.
